  If you are feeling the stress of your job, or just not loving it any more, then it is time to make a change. This does not necessarily mean changing your job altogether. You may be in your chosen career, but simply in a rut that you cannot seem to get out of. If learning how to love your job again will lift you out of the depths of monotony, consider the following steps.

  
  1,Work toward career growth. If you are not already familiar with the various avenues toward promotion, meet with your boss and ask him if there are positions further up the ladder for which you could strive toward. If there are not, then ask for additional responsibilities and challenges. You could also learn new methods and skills in your current capacity that can add a fresh approach to your jo

  በ1970ዎቹ አጋማሽ አካባቢ ደብረ ዘይት (ቢሾፍቱ) ከተማ ውስጥ በሥራ ምክንያት ኗሪ ነበርኩ፡፡ በሦስት ዓመታት ቆይታዬ ዘወትር ዓርብ ምሽት አዲስ አበባ መጥቼ የሳምንቱን መጨረሻ ቤተሰቦቼ ዘንድ ካረፍኩ በኋላ እሑድ አመሻሽ

  ላይ ተመልሼ ደብረ ዘይት እሄዳለሁ፡፡ አንዳንድ ጉዳዮች ካልገጠሙኝ በስተቀር ይህ ምልልስ ለሦስት ዓመታት የተመለደ ነበር፡፡ በዚህ ወቅት በህሊናዬ ውስጥ ዛሬም ድረስ የማይጠፋው ለገሃር አውቶብስ ተራ አጠገብ የሚገኘው ‹‹ለገሃር ሚኒ›› ነው፡፡ ወንድሞቼና እህቶቼ ሊሸኙኝ ሲመጡ ለገሃር ሚኒ ጎራ ብለን ተወዳጁን በርገርና ጁስ እንገባበዝ ነበር፡፡ ያውም እጅግ ርካሽ በሚባል ዋጋ፡፡ ለገሃር ሚኒ ናዝሬት (አዳማ) እና ደብረ ዘይት (ቢሾፍቱ) የሚሄዱ ወይም ከዚያ የሚመጡ ሰዎች የሚቀጣጠሩበት ደስ የሚል ቦታ ነበር፡፡ የጁሱና የበርገሩ ጣዕም አሁንም አይረሳኝም፡፡

  ለገሃር ሚኒ ሲታወስ ባለቤቱ ወ/ሮ አበበች መታፈሪያ ፈፅሞ አይዘነጉም፡፡ የአምቦ ተወላጅ የሆኑትን ወ/ሮ አበበችና ለገሃር ሚኒን የሚያስታውስ አጋጣሚ ሰሞኑን ስለተከሰተ ለዚህ ገጠመኝ ዓምድ ልኬዋለሁ፡፡ ወ/ሮ አበበች እጅግ በጣም በርካቶች በትዝታ ማኅደራቸው ውስጥ የሚያኖሩትን ለገሃር ሚኒ አቋቁመው እጅግ አስመስጋኝ የሆነ አገልግሎት ሲሰጡ ቆይተዋል፡፡ እኚህ ታታሪ ሴት ለሥራ የተፈጠሩ በመሆናቸው እዚህ አዲስ አበባ ካዛንቺስ ሱፐር ማርኬት በሚባለው አካባቢ ውብ ሕንፃ ገንብተዋል፡፡ በትውልድ ከተማቸው አምቦ ደግሞ በስማቸው የሆቴል ሕንፃ ገንብተው አገልግሎት እየሰጡበት ነው፡፡ ለአምቦ ከተማ ጌጥ የሆነውን ይህንን ሆቴል ገንብተው ለከተማው እንግዶች ማረፊያና መስተንግዶ ከማመቻቸታቸውም በላይ ለበርካቶች የሥራ ዕድል ፈጥረዋል፡፡

  ሰሞኑን ግን በአካባቢው በተነሳው ብጥብጥ በሆቴላቸው ላይ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ጉዳት ከመድረሱም በላይ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ዝርፊያ ተፈጽሞበታል፡፡ የውጭ ቱሪስቶችን ይዘው የመጡ ብዛት ያላቸው ተሽከርካሪዎች ተቃጥለዋል፡፡ የሆቴሉ ንብረቶች ተዘርፈዋል፡፡ ‹‹አምቦ የሰላምና የፍቅር አምባ›› በምትባለዋ ከተማ፡፡ በሆቴሉ የመኪና ማቆሚያ ቦታ የቆሙ በርካታ ተሽከርካሪዎች ተቃጥለው ለሚያይ ሰው አካባቢው ጦርነት የተካሄደበት ቦታ ይመስላል፡፡ የሆቴሉ ሦስት የተለያዩ ክፍሎች ወድመዋል፡፡ የሕንፃው መስተዋቶች  ረግፈዋል፡፡ በሆቴሉ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ዕቃዎች በአብዛኛው ተዘርፈዋል ማለት ይቻላል፡፡ አካባቢውን በሚገባ ተዟዙሬ እንዳየሁት ለተቃውሞ አደባባይ የወጡ የሁለተኛ ደረጃና የዩኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪዎችን ጥያቄ ከለላ በማድረግ በአበበች መታፈሪያ ሆቴልም ሆነ በሌሎች ተቋማትና ተሽከርካሪዎች ላይ የደረሰው ውድመት ከወረበላነት በላይ ነበር፡፡ በበኩሌ መብት ወይም ሌላ ጥያቄ ያለው ማንኛውም ወገን ጥያቄውን ለሚመለከተው አካል በሰላማዊ መንገድ ማቅረብ እንደሚገባው አምናለሁ፡፡ ነገር ግን በኃይል እንዲህ ያለ ተግባር መፈጸም ፖለቲካዊ ወይም ሌላ ጥያቄ ሳይሆን ሽብር ነው፡፡ በአምቦ ከተማ በበርካታ ባለንብረቶች ላይ ጉዳት ደርሷል፡፡ ይህ ጉዳት እጅግ የሚያሳዝን ነው፡፡ ፍርድ ቤት ሳይቀር ወድሟል፡፡
