ይህ ዘፈን ከሞሮኮ የአንዱ ብሔር ነው፦ የሀገራችን የሙዚቃ ጣዕም ከጎረቤት ሀገራት ከሱዳንና ከሶማሊያ ባሻገር የሩቅ ምሥራቅ የነ ጃፓን ፤ ኮርያ ፤ ቻይና እንዲሁም የሕንድ ሙዚቃ ከእኛ ሀገር ዘፈኖች ዜማ ጋር ስለሚቀራረብ ቋንቋውን ባንሰማም ሙዚቃ የዓለም ቋንቋ ነውና ይመስጠናል። ፈረንጆች የእኛን ሙዚቃ በአብዛኛው Pentatonic scale ( 5 Notes ) ይበዛበታል ይላሉ ማሲንቆ እና ክራር ግብጾች ቢኖራቸውም የዘፈንና የሪትም ስታይላቸው ያው እንደ አረቦች ነው
