የኢትዮጵያንግድባንክ ስፖርት ማኅበር ለዋናው የወንዶች ቡድን ተጨዋቾችና አመራሮች ማበረታቻ የገንዘብ ሽልማት ሰጠ፡፡
ከ2004 እስከ 2005 ዓ.ም. ድረስ ክለቡን በቦርድ አባልነት አገልግሎት ሰጥተው ለተሰናበቱ አመራሮችም የ20፣ የ15 እና የ10 ግራም የወርቅ ሽልማት ተበርክቶላቸዋል፡፡
ስፖርት ክለቡ ባለፈው ሐሙስ በኢትዮጵያ ሆቴል ባዘጋጀው ሥነ ሥርዓት፣ ለቡድኑ ተጨዋቾችና አሠልጣኞች ለሽልማት ያዘጋጀው የገንዘብ መጠን 150 ሺሕ ብር ሲሆን፣ ለተጨዋቾች ዝቅተኛው ሦስት ሺሕ፣ ከፍተኛው ደግሞ ስድስት ሺሕ ብር እንዲሰጣቸው አድርጓል፡፡ ለቡድኑ ዋና አሠልጣኝ ደግሞ ሰባት ሺሕ ብር እንዲደርሳቸው ተደርጓል፡፡ ሽልማቱ ክለቡ የፕሪሚየር ሊጉን ግማሽ ዓመት ሦስተኛ ሆኖ በማጠናቀቁ ምክንያት የተሰጠ እንደሆነም ተነግሯል፡፡
በአገሪቱ ቀደምት የምሥረታ ታሪክ ካላቸው ስፖርቶች አትሌቲክስ በዋናነት ይጠቀሳል፡፡ ስፖርቱ ምንም እንኳ በሥሩ የሚያቅፋቸው የተለያዩ የሜዳ ተግባራት ገና ብዙ የሚቀረው መሆኑ እንደተጠበቀ፣ በሩጫው ግን በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተፎካካሪነቱ አገሪቱን በመድረኩ ከታላላቆቹ አገሮች ተርታ እንድትመደብ ያስቻለ መሆኑ አያከራክርም፡፡
ለሩጫው ስፖርት እዚህ መድረስ የዘርፉ አካል ተደርገው ከሚወሰዱት የአሠልጣኞችና ዳኞች ሚና ዋና ዋናዎቹ ናቸው፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ እነዚህ ወሳኝ የሙያው አካላት እስከምንገኝበት ዘመን ድረስ የሙያተኛውን መብትና ግዴታ ሊያስጠብቅ የሚችል ምንም ዓይነት የሙያ ማኅበር ሳይኖራቸው መቆየቱ ተቋሙን ከሚያስወቅሱት ክፍተቶች በዋናነት ሲጠቀስ ቆይቷል፡፡
ይህንኑ የተረዳ የሚመስለው የኢትዮጵያ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ባለፈው ሐሙስ በኢትዮጵያ ሆቴል የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ባዘጋጀው መድረክ፣ አገር አቀፍ የአሠልጣኞችና ዳኞች ማኅበር የሚቋቋምበትን ረቂቅ ደንብ ለውይይት አቅርቧል፡፡ ረቂቅ ደንቡ ላይ የክልል ፌዴሬሽኖች አመራሮች፣ አሠልጣኞችና ዳኞች እንዲወያዩበት ሐሳብ እንዲሰጡበት ካስደረገ በኋላ የአሠልጣኞችና የዳኞች ማኅበር በይፋ በመመሥረት የአመራሮች ምርጫም አከናውኗል፡፡
ከብሔራዊ ፌዴሬሽኑ የተገኘው መረጃ እንደሚያስረዳው ከሆነ፣ በክልል ደረጃ የአዲስ አበባ አስተዳደር 89 አባላት የሚገኙበት የዳኞችና 51 አባላት የሚገኙበት የአሠልጣኞች ማኅበር፣ በትግራይ ክልል 51 አባላት ያሉት የዳኞችና 41 አባላት ያሉት የአሠልጣኞች ማኅበር ተቋቁመው ክልላዊ እንቅስቃሴ ሲያደርጉ ቆይቷል፡፡
በተመሳሳይ በደቡብ ክልል 30 አባላት ያሉት የዳኞችና 23 አባላት ያሉት የአሠልጣኞች፣ በኦሮሚያ 65 አባላት ያሉት የዳኞችና 47 አባላት ያሉት የአሠልጣኞች፣ በአማራ 20 አባላት ያሉት የዳኞችና 27 አባላት ያሉት የአሠልጣኞች፣ እንዲሁም በሐረር ክልል 15 አባላት ያሉት የዳኞችና 20 አባላት ያሉት የአሠልጣኞች ማኅበር ተቋቁመው በድምሩ 270 ዳኞችና 209 አሠልጣኞች በክልል ደረጃ በማኅበር ተደራጅተው ሲንቀሳቀሱ ቆይተዋል፡፡ ከቀሩት ውስጥ የድሬዳዋ አስተዳደርና የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል ዳኞችና አሠልጣኞች ማኅበር ለመመሥረት ቅድመ ዝግጅት እያደረጉ እንደሚገኙ ተገልጿል፡፡ አፋር፣ ኢትዮጵያ ሱማሌና ጋምቤላ ክልሎች ግን እስካሁን ድረስ ምንም ዓይነት እንቅስቃሴ እያደረጉ አለመሆኑ ፌዴሬሽኑ አስታውቋል፡፡
Sudanese capital Khartoum is due to host the Sudanese-Ethiopian Investment Forum this Saturday.
The two-day forum is organized by Sudan's National Investment Agency in collaboration with the Ethiopian embassy in Khartoum.
Higher Council for Investment State Minister Ali Tawer said in statement here Sunday that the forum would provide a strong boost for the progress of economic, social and cultural relations between the two countries.
It also reflected Sudan's keenness to activate investments between the two countries, he added, noting that the forum's agenda would focus on achievement in the investment field through a review of various working papers on joint opportunities for trade and investment, banking transactions and the activation of bilateral and regional agreements.
Tawer also revealed that meetings of the Sudanese-Ethiopian Ministerial Committee will be convened between May 24 and 28 in Addis Ababa, where a Sudanese trade and investment exhibition will be held.

This is not a good week for Ethiopians in Atlanta, as another Ethiopian man, Feyessa Tadesse, took his life yesterday. He also has no families here. R.I.P both.
About 30,000 runners took over Pittsburgh streets for the Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon Sunday morning.
Participants in the marathon, UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon and FedEx Ground Pittsburgh Marathon Relay left the starting line at Liberty and 7th avenues about 7 a.m.
The marathon and relay course took runners through 13 neighborhoods, across each of the three rivers and onto the North Shore before crossing the finish line at the Boulevard of the Allies and Stanwix Street.
The winner of this year’s marathon, Gebo Gameda, 26, of Ethiopia, completed the 26.2-mile race at about 9:16 a.m. with a time of 2:16:30.
Female marathon winner, Clara Santucci, 27, finished with a time of 2:32:25.
The half marathon course took runners across the three rivers, through the South Side and across the Birmingham Bridge, leading up to the finish line downtown. Competitors began crossing the finish line at about 8 a.m.
Habtamu Assefa, 29, was the half marathon’s male winner.
Sophy Jepchirchir, 20, was the female winner of the half marathon.
