ዓለም ዛሬ በጂፒኤስ ቴክኖሎጂ ዙሪያ ከፍተኛ ለውጥ ላይ በደረሰችበት ሰዓት፣ አብዛኞቹ የአፍሪካ አገራት መነሻና መድረሻን ለማወቅ ወይንም ደግሞ ያንድን ቦታ ትክክለኛ አድራሻ ለማወቅ ሰዎችን በመጠየቅ ላይ ወይንም ደግሞ ምልክትን በመጠቀም "አንድ ትልቅ ዛፍ አለ ከሱ አልፍ ብለህ ስትሄድ ፎቅ ታያለህ ከዛ ታጠፍና ትንሽዬ ሱቅ አጠገብ ስትደርስ ወደ ግራ ታጠፍ.." አይነት ልማዳዊ አሰራር ላይ ይገኛሉ። ጂፒኤስ ቴክኖሎጂን በመጠቀም የሚሰሩና አቅጣን በቀላሉ የሚመሩን ወይንም ደግሞ የምንፈልገውን አድራሻና ቦታዎች በቀላሉ የሚጠቁሙን የሞባይል አፕሊኬሽኖች በጣም አስፈላጊ ናቸው። ይህንኑ ለማድረግ ስለሚጥርና ኢ-አድራሻ ስለሚባል አፕሊኬሽን የማቀርበው የፕሮግራም እነሆ።
