Somalia's central bank was among the national institutions ruined by more than two decades of civil war.Although the Somali shilling has been without an authority to regulate it for years, it still managed to scrape by and maintain value, despite how little it may be.Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports from Mogadishu.
